My favourite movie of this years Fantasy Filmfest, 11 times awarded Let The Right One In tells the story of Oskar, a bullied 12-year old who dreams of revenge and falls in love with Eli, a peculiar girl. A swedish vampire/love story like you have never seen it before.

Christopher Herwig is a Canadian photographer currently based in Monrovia, Liberia doing assignments throughout West Africa. Between 2003 – 2006 he was putting together a collection of images on Central Asia while living in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Make sure to take a look at his Silk Road series.

Photographer James Nachtwey worked for nearly two years to finally release a story which is now public on XDRTB.org. Its mission is to create awareness about a new extremely drug-resistant strain of tuberculosis which is killing one person every 20 seconds around the world – and it is completely preventable.

Laugh it up but I will still enjoy this.
